The Edwards & Chaffey Section 353 Shiraz is from the McLaren Vale in Australia. Along with Barossa Valley, the McLaren Vale is equally famous for their hot climate shiraz. On the nose, very ripe dark cherry with sweet orange peel plum but the alcohol stood out a little at 14.8%.
